Andrew joined EdgeStone in February 2008 with over ten years of transaction experience. Prior to joining EdgeStone, Andrew spent thirteen years with PricewaterhouseCoopers.
As a Partner in the Transaction Services division, Andrew advised both private equity and corporate clients on their local and cross-border acquisition and divestiture activities. Andrew serves on the Board of Directors of Continental Alloys & Services and Eurospec Manufacturing.

Andrew is a Chartered Accountant (SAICA) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree and Accounting Honours from the University of Cape Town, South Africa.
